Adam Edgington was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa a. A long time fan, he started Iowa's first lacrosse blog in 2008 and founded the Central Iowa Lacrosse Association. CILA is a comprehensive program with youth, high school, and adult programs for both sexes. Eventually CILA hopes to expand the game across the state of Iowa. Edgington is the head coach of the Valley Tigers in West Des Moines, IA.
